Orders are shipped with either the DHL Express or UPS shipping services which all operate on business days, Monday - Friday.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes and we cannot redirect a parcel to a new address once it has been dispatched.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you authorize the carrier to leave your parcel without a signature, BEC + BRIDGE is not responsible for the theft, damage or loss of your parcel.
DUTIES + TAXES
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at the destination country. International duties and taxes will be displayed on the payment page at the checkout when processing your order. Please note that these duties and taxes are not refundable should you return your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
The processing time is up to 24 hours before orders are dispatched. We endeavor to dispatch orders by the next business day. During busy periods or public holidays, we anticipate there will be longer dispatch times. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping information and a tracking number to track the status of your shipment.
SIZING
All of our products are in Australian sizing with the corresponding US sizing shown on the product page. Please refer to our size guide for international size conversions.

DISCOUNT CODES
We are unable to apply a discount code once an order has already been placed. The checkout only enables one discount code to be used per purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined, redeemed for cash or used to purchase gift cards.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons, such as:
- Item(s) not available
- Difficulty in processing your payment information
- Unable to ship to address provided
- Duplicate order was placed
If your order is canceled by us, you will be immediately refunded and will receive an email confirmation informing you of the cancellation.
