Please note that dispatch estimates do not include processing or shipment times from our shipping carriers; Australia Post and DHL.

RETURNS

Items purchased during the sale cannot be returned, unless the item is deemed faulty by our team. If you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please send an email with your name and order number to returns@becandbridge.com.au.

EXCHANGES

Items that are marked under 50% off the RRP may be exchanged as per standard exchange eligibility. 

Standard Exchange Policy: 

We offer one variant exchange for eligible unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 21 days of the original purchase date, in accordance with our return policy.

Final Sale and swimwear/bodysuits are not eligible unless deemed faulty.

If you would prefer to exchange your item, you can request this when making your return. To do so, click here. If the size, style or color is not available at the time of fulfilment, we will process a refund in accordance with our return policy.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes that are not associated with the Memorial Day Sale, such as Welcome newsletter sign up discount codes, are unable to be used in the purchase of items from the promotion.
