Simply place your order before AEST 2pm to get your item on the next working business day via Australia Post’s eParcel Express service. This works like clockwork pretty much for the majority of Australian residents but please note if you live in certain regional areas there will be exceptions to this time frame. It all depends on whether you live within or outside the general post express network. Not sure if your location’s in the express network area? Simply give us a call on 02 9698 2744 and we’ll let you know or contact Australia Post for a list of excluded locations. In or out, we’ll make sure we get your Bec & Bridge orders to you.
Orders placed after 2pm will be received within 2 business days.
We love to get your items to you as swiftly as possible, though we can’t guarantee 100% next day delivery in all cases, even though we wish we could. Australia Post is our provider and works extremely hard to get deliveries to all our customers on time, however sometimes there are some situations that can cause unavoidable delays.
If you happen to place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be duly processed the next business day and received the following, just like we described in the above scenario.
If you live within a 15km radius from Alexandria, please contact our enquiries department to see if you are eligible for our same-day courier service.
*Please note: all couriers must be booked before 1pm. If the parcel is eligible, you will be required to pay the difference in postage over the phone.
Please allow between 5-10 business days to receive your package from the time you place your order. But don’t worry we’ll keep you up to date by sending you a tracking number so you can view your package’s progress.
Also best be aware that some international shipments can be subject to customs or import duties once they reach their destination. In these circumstances the responsibility falls on you to pay the charges to release the goods from the shipment. Unfortunately we’re unable to estimate what these charges will be, so we recommend you contact your local customs office to find out the exact deal.
We value each and every one of our Bec and Bridge gals and want you to be over the moon with your purchase. If you are under the moon, we expect to hear from you within 7 days.
If you live in Australia and would like to return or exchange any of your goodies, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the product for an exchange or refund. After 7 days of receipt we will not accept returns (sorry ladies).
You will need to fill out the Returns slip provided with your order, and obtain an RAN via firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 02 9698 2744, Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm AEST.
If you are an international Bec & Bridge gal and wish to return/exchange, please notify us immediately via email and we will assist you with your return. We understand your return may take longer than 7 working days to get back to us.
We only allow exchanges or credit notes on sale items, not refunds.
For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
Items must be returned to us for a refund or exchange according to the following conditions:
-The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in it’s original condition with all our tags attached. Your garment must be free of make-up marks, deodorant marks, in fact it needs to be free of any/all marks.
-It arrives at our office within 7 working days of you receiving it in your hot hands.
-It has been approved through Bec & Bridge Customer Care and you have obtained a return authorization number (RAN) via email@example.com or phone 02 9698 2744. The returns slip provided with your order must be completed, please don’t leave out any of the questions we have asked otherwise there may be delays in processing your exchange or refund and let’s face it that’s not how we want to roll.
-If you wish to exchange, please notify us with your preferred style/size/colour as soon as possible, so you don’t miss out.
-For sale items: We will only provide an exchange or credit note, NO REFUNDS ON SALE. We need to receive the item back within the same conditions outlined above, along with your exchange request/s via email, phone, or noted on your returns slip. It must be an item available on the e-boutique within the 7day time frame. Exchanges are sent out free of charge.
- Jewellery: If returned, earring must not have been tried on, we will not accept if signs of wear show due to hygiene reasons.
- Swimwear: For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
You are responsible for posting your return goods back to Bec & Bridge. We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking (such as Australia Post Express satchels, within Australia). This ensures safe receipt of goods and prevents missing items because that would break both our hearts. Bec & Bridge is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels so please be sure to use the above method.
*Refunds are processed less the return postage. Please note, the original postage charge cannot be refunded either.
Where a receipt for postage is provided to return faulty goods, the cost will be refunded ONLY up to the amount of original postage paid (see DELIVERY COSTS at top of page). Any additional payment made by you to return faulty goods to Bec & Bridge, beyond the original postage charge paid by you, will not be refunded, insert broken heart emoji here. Refunds are made against the original Credit Card used. We cannot refund onto a different card. We process refunds within 1- 4 days of receiving them, however please keep in mind they can take up to 10 business days to come back into your account.
