Please note due to the effects of COVID-19, there will be a slight delay in processing international returns. As an extra precautionary measure, all international parcels returned to our warehouse will be processed after a 10-day-quarantine period.   • Full priced items - eligible for a full refund
  • Sale or promotion items - items that are on sale or purchased during a promotion, such as Vogue Online Shopping Night (VOSN), are final sale and are not eligible for a refund unless the item is faulty and meets the criteria for a refund.

RETURNS CONDITIONS

  • Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
  • Customers are to cover the cost of the return postage unless your items are deemed faulty by our team.
  • International customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return their order.
  • Swimwear is unable to be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • We do not currently offer exchanges.

1. DHL Returns Service - $12 USD

Please note that due to current delays with this service, it may take 4-6 weeks for this parcel to get back to us before we can process the return.

1. Visit the USA Returns Portal and follow the prompts.

2. Print out the postage label and attach to the package.

3. Drop off the package at your local post office.

Post your parcel back to use with your preferred postage service at your own cost. Please take note of your tracking number as we are not responsible for any parcels lost in transit.

2. Note down the returns number on the returns form included in your order.

3. You will receive an email with the details of how to post your return items back to us.

FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS

We are so sorry if your purchase is not perfect!

Please email us at returns@becandbridge.com.au with your order number and a brief description of the fault/incorrect item and we can resolve this for you. Images of the fault or incorrect item would be really helpful.

Products that have a major fault may be returned for a refund, gift card or an exchange for another item. For items with minor faults, we can often repair these for you!

Online purchases made via our website can only be returned online.

Any purchases made at one of our boutiques must be returned back to the original location and are only eligible for a store credit. Our in store returns policy does differ from our online policy so we recommend contacting your local boutique for more information.

Online store credit is issued in the form of a gift card and is now valid for 3 years from the date of creation. Online store credit can only be used on our online store.
