The Holiday Sale launches 8am Thursday 21st December AEDT.
Due to a high volume of orders during the sale period and the public holiday dates in the USA, we anticipate a 7 business day dispatch delay to the dispatch of all orders. Rest assured, our warehouse team is working hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Please note that dispatch estimates do not include processing or shipment times from our shipping carriers; UPS and DHL.
Items purchased during the sale are marked as 'Final Sale' and cannot be returned, unless the item is deemed faulty by our team. If you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please send an email with your name and order number to email@example.com.
Full priced items purchased during the sale period are subject to the standard returns eligibility, for more information check out our Returns page.
