The Cyber Sale launches 8am Sunday 19th November AEDT and ends 11.59pm Wednesday 29th November 2023 AEDT.

 

SHIPPING

Due to a higher volume of orders during the sale period, we anticipate a 7 business day dispatch delay to the dispatch of orders. Rest assured, our warehouse team is working hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Please note that dispatch estimates do not include processing or shipment times from our shipping carriers; USPS and DHL.

 

RETURNS

Items purchased during the sale that are marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned, unless the item is deemed faulty by our team. If you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please send an email with your name and order number to returns@becandbridge.com.au.

Discounted items purchased during the Cyber Sale period that are not marked as 'Final Sale' can be returned for an exchange only.  

Full priced items purchased during the sale period are subject to the standard returns eligibility, for more information check out our Returns page.
